Description from Great Eastern Transport Films

This film is part of the Steve Kinch collection of Summer Saturday film from 1989 & 1990 of the additional Loco Hauled Trains which operated between the Midlands & the North and Great Yarmouth.

This DVD covers the section between Norwich and Shippea Hill and was filmed between May and July.

Class 47's and single & double headed 31's operated these Services with Mk1 & Mk2 stock in various liveries.

Also seen is a solitary class 37 on a freight and numerous class 101's and 156's which had by then taken over the Norwich to Birmingham services.
