HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA

CHILDREN
The Class 37 Locomotive Group offers Memberships to individuals aged 16 and under. If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian’s permission before you provide any personal information to us. In subscribing to our services, you confirm that you have read and consented to this Policy and verify that you are over the age of 16 or have received the permission of a parent or guardian to do so.
